python-b2sdk: revert to 0.1.8, change to Python3
backblaze-b2 is the only user of python-b2sdk. backblaze-b2 requires b2sdk>=0.1.8 <0.2.0 backblaze-b2 is the only user of python-b2sdk. It's probably safer to upgrade to Python 3.
